As the voice behind Quirk’s Instagram account (@quirkbooks), one of my favorite things is checking out all the beautiful bookstagrams out there. From elaborate flatlays to colorful shelfies, there’s no shortage of bookish love on Instagram, and in honor of the paperback release of Ashley Poston’s Geekerella on Tuesday, I’ve rounded up five awesome Geekerella bookstagrams. But trust me when I say it wasn’t easy to narrow it down to just five. . . there are SO MANY awesome photos to choose from. (Check out #Geekerella to see what I mean.)

  • Geekerella by Ashley Poston comes out in paperback on Tuesday, and we can't hide our excitement. To celebrate, we asked you, the good, bookish people of the Internet, to send in your Geekerella fan creations — fan art, cosplays, aesthetics, and more — for a chance to be featured here on our blog. We've rounded up some of our favorite Geekerella creations to share with you in honor of the paperback release. Read on, Stargunners!

Whether you know her as Beth March, Juliet, Cosette, Julia Vaughan, or Mirabelle, we can all agree on one thing: Claire Danes is a literary dream. Her extensive resume is peppered with literary adaptations that we love. And while we’re steadfast in our belief that the book is always better, we would happily watch Claire Danes embody our favorite characters for hours on end.

  • This one is for all the badass girls out there. Yes, we're talking about you. We created this girl-powered zine with you in mind. The zine includes an exclusive sneak peek at our upcoming book Girls Resist!, quizzes, an advice column, and more. Will you join the Geek E. Girl Revolution?

  • Yesterday was Waffle Day and while there’s no greeting card to commemorate this very silly holiday, there are several Parks and Rec moments that remind us to make Waffle Day every day. We’re looking back at all seven seasons of Parks and Rec and celebrating our very favorite waffle moments. It’s what Leslie Knope would have wanted.

If you follow Reese Witherspoon on Instagram, you know she loves to read. In fact, “love” might be too mild a word to describe this voracious bookworm. She founded a production company so that she could amplify the voices of female novelists and non-fiction writers, turning their books into films. She has a social media-based book club, where she encourages her followers to read her new favorite books together. (Watch out, Oprah. Just kidding, they’re genuinely friends.) Today, in honor of Reese’s birthday, we’re celebrating our very favorite literary roles from her resume. These roles range from the silly to the serious, but one they have one thing in common: they’re all excellent books. And honestly, we expect nothing less.
