Ditch the vodka (and the 150 calories found in two ounces of the stuff) and
substitute crème de cacao - it’ll taste practically the same. Okay, maybe it’s
not exactly something you’d find at Jenny Craig, but it’s certainly better than
dumping rum into your Slim Fast shake.

1 1/2 oz. Kahlua
4 oz. skim milk
1 splash white crème de cacao

Fill a collins glass two-thirds of the way with ice, pour in the
ingredients, and stir.
